People have more than they know what to do with. You can tell by all the roadside tables mounded with zucchini and cardboard signs with the big letters "FREE" on them. My contribution? Veggie Burgers.
I posted this veggie burger recipe back in June (waaaaay back then when there was no such thing as zucchini in my garden, but when I was bent on cleaning out the freezer!). These burgers freeze very well and are easy to make. Once I made this recipe exactly how I liked it, there was NO going back to expensive bland store bought. I make a double batch, we have dinner, and I freeze the rest for a future quick and easy meal.
mmmmm..... I am looking forward to seeing the recipes other people are sharing.
