First Ripe Tomatoes!!!!


We picked our first ripe tomatoes yesterday.  This was the gardening moment I have been waiting for!

My favorite way to eat tomatoes?


On toast that has been slathered with Earth Balance.

    that looks scrumptious! my obsession right now is fresh blueberries that i froze, then making these vegan pancakes... recipe from my vegan cookbook: veganomicon...
    i saw something about getting tomatoes, squeezing out the middle and then cooking them w/ garlic in 450* oven... omg, my mouth waters!!
